• You wanna hear a true story about something dangerous that happened to my friend in Washington, D.C.?
• Washington, D.C. is a city that's notorious for crime in the U.S., isn't it? What happened?
• I was shocked when I heard it. He drank too much one day, but he still drove his car.
• Obviously drinking and driving is dangerous; there's no surprise there.
• I know it doesn't sound like an interesting story, but I am gonna tell you anyway.
